To make an appointment or to find out how we can help you, our preferred method is by phone. Speaking to you helps us ensure you will benefit from acupuncture treatment. If we don’t answer during business hours, we are most likely in treatment with another patient. Please leave a message with our answering service – we aim to return patient calls within the hour.

Coverage must be confirmed before your first appointment as some insurance plans do not cover acupuncture. If you plan to use your insurance to pay for acupuncture, we will need to obtain some information from you to confirm your eligibility. If a copay applies, this will be due at the time of your visit.
Appointments are available 7 days a week. Morning and late treatment hours are offered various days.

For your first appointment we ask you to complete the patient intake form (Online, PDF )and bring this along with you. Please try to arrive 5-minutes before your appointment to ensure a timely start and full treatment.
Your first visit will take approximately one hour. If you have limited time, please inform us before your appointment begins and we will adjust the length of your treatment accordingly. For subsequent visits, please allow 45-minutes.
Before you arrive for your appointment be sure you’re NOT coming in on an empty stomach. A light meal beforehand is recommended.
Upon arrival, there is no dress code. If your session requires disrobing, you will be draped where necessary and with your utmost comfort in mind.
If you are planning on exercising the same day you receive acupuncture treatment, it is recommended to work out before your session. Acupuncture treatment promotes relaxation and reduces the heart rate, therefore the reverse order of exercise and acupuncture may be counter-intuitive.
As a courtesy to our staff and other patients, please allow 24-hours notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Missed appointments or cancellations that occur less than 24- hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a fee equal to the full treatment cost.
